Q2: Which industries are your products suitable for?
A: Our products are widely used in aluminum alloy melting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting, die casting, aluminum profile processing, and the recycled aluminum industry.
Q3: Do you support customization? Can you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes. We support customization for all product categories and accept OEM and ODM cooperation. We can customize degassing machines and hydrogen analyzers according to customers’ furnace size, production capacity, and workshop conditions. We can also process consumable parts based on drawings or samples.
Q4: Can the packaging be customized?
A: Yes. We provide standard neutral export packaging and can also customize packaging with customers’ logos, brand labels, or other required designs.
Q5: Can you provide company qualifications and product inspection documents?
A: Yes. We can provide electronic versions of complete company qualification documents, equipment manuals, and factory inspection reports.
Q6: How can I get an accurate quotation?
A: Please send your required equipment model, customization requirements, specifications, and purchase quantity to our company email, and leave your contact email address. After evaluation, we will send you a quotation with a complete parameter sheet.
Q7: Which international trade terms do you support?
A: We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Our regular shipping ports are Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port.
Q8: What is the regular delivery time?
A: Standard in-stock equipment can be delivered within 15 days. Customized degassing machines and hydrogen analyzers usually require 15–30 days. During peak seasons or for special customized orders, the delivery time may be slightly extended, subject to the confirmed contract.
