SNJL5000 Internet Version Aluminum Refining Degassing Machine
SNJL5000 is an integrated aluminum melt refining, degassing and powder injection treatment station. It injects inert gas into molten aluminum through a rotating graphite shaft and graphite wheel, dispersing gas into fine bubbles to remove hydrogen and oxide inclusions while improving aluminum melt cleanliness.

The outer surface of the graphite rotor shaft adopts a silicon carbide composite coating. This protective coating improves surface wear resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance during aluminum melt refining and degassing, helping the rotor shaft work more stably in high-temperature molten aluminum environments.
Silicon carbide composite coating helps reduce surface wear and corrosion during continuous operation.

Professional Aluminum Melt Refining, Degassing And Powder Injection Station
The SNJL5000 aluminum melt purification treatment station is designed for aluminum foundry workshops that require efficient hydrogen removal, inclusion separation, powder injection and automated furnace-side refining control.
Efficient Degassing Principle
The machine injects preset inert gas into molten aluminum through the rotating graphite shaft and graphite wheel. The rotor breaks the inert gas into a large number of fine dispersed bubbles, allowing them to mix evenly with molten aluminum. These bubbles absorb hydrogen and oxide inclusions and carry them upward to the melt surface.
Fine bubble dispersion improves contact area with molten aluminum.
Hydrogen and inclusions float to the melt surface with rising bubbles.
Spiral slow-rising bubbles help extend contact time and improve purification effect.
Stable Industrial Design
The machine adopts Siemens PLC S7-200 SMART control system. It is stable, reliable, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. The whole machine has strong rigidity, stable high-speed operation and convenient graphite rotor replacement.
Electric lifting baffle prevents vortex formation during degassing.

How The Degassing And Purification Process Works

Gas Injection
Preset high-purity nitrogen or argon is injected into molten aluminum through the rotating graphite rotor system.

Bubble Dispersion
The graphite wheel breaks inert gas into fine bubbles and disperses them evenly into the molten metal.

Hydrogen Removal
Fine bubbles absorb hydrogen and oxide inclusions through gas partial pressure difference and surface adsorption.

Bubbles rise slowly in a spiral path and carry impurities to the melt surface, improving refining efficiency.
