Product Overview
Reliable Degassing Solution For Aluminum Melt Treatment
The unit is suitable for aluminum alloy melting, refining and casting preparation. Through high-speed rotor stirring and controlled gas injection, bubbles are evenly dispersed in molten aluminum, helping remove hydrogen and non-metallic inclusions before casting.
Stable Refining Performance
The SNJL1000 uses a graphite rotor and graphite baffle to improve gas dispersion efficiency. The variable-speed motor allows operators to adjust rotary speed according to melt volume, furnace condition and process requirements.
Adjustable rotor speed from 0 to 750 r/min.
Gas flow range from 5 to 50 L/min for flexible operation.
